Absentee
Bidding Instructions

Each
winning absentee bidder is responsible for shipping,
handling, and insurance charges. Multiple winning bids will
be combined to save shipping costs. There will be a
$5.00 minimum for any lots shipped to winning absentee
bidders. Shipping is by USPS.

First
time absentee bidders must submit a deposit equal to 20% of
their total bids. This deposit will be applied to the
total amount due for lots won. Partial refunds will be made
if the total amount deposited exceeds the total amount due
for items successfully purchased. Full refunds, minus
a $4.00 service charge, will be made if no lots are won.

Successful
absentee bidders will be invoiced within 3 days of
the sale. Full payment is due within 7 days of
receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay within 7
days shall constitute default. Late payment will negate
return privileges.

payment must be in U.S. funds.
